First time ordering. Sent assorted mik chocolates as a birthday gift. Did not expect to ship the same day. I panicked when I saw that it did because it was blistering hot. The recipient called to thank me and said it was packed with ice packs arrived in perfect order and was absolutely delicious. What a great company to deal with!!
