How it Works
The Custom Mold program works by using the client's Camera-Ready Artwork (see below) to make custom engravings, which are sized to fit the standard tooling of one of many stock bars. We then create a custom mold that is available in as little as two weeks.
What is Camera-Ready Artwork?
Camera-Ready is the level of artwork quality necessary to create the engraving used to make your custom molds. To be Camera-Ready, artwork MUST meet the following requirements:
- Black and white vector art (.ai or .eps format) at 100% scale
- Raster artwork (.gif, .jpeg, jpg, .tif) saved as .ai or .eps will NOT work.
For best results and to prevent delays, the font size should be 10 pts (1/16") or greater with a Sans Serif type. No fine lettering. All artwork must be reviewed and approved by our team of experts to confirm files meet the requirements above.

2.5 oz Bar (2 cavity, 5-15/16" x 2-3/16" x 3/8") - $6.95 each
$250 for the custom mold, one time cost.
3 oz Bar (2 cavity, 5-15/32" x 3-5/8" x 1/4") - $6.00 each
5 oz Bar (2 cavity, 4-17/16" x 4-5/16" x 1/2") - $10.00 each
$295 for the custom mold, one time cost.
6 oz Bar (2 cavity, 7-15/16" x 3-7/16" x 1/2") - $12.95 each
8 oz Bar (1 cavity, 6-5/32" x 4-5/16" x 1/2") - $16.95 each
1 lb Bar (1 cavity, 8-13/16" x 5-13/16" x 1/2") - $32.95 each
