Customer Refund and Cancellation Terms
Mueller Chocolate Co strives to provide you with the highest quality chocolates and excellent customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following refund and cancellation terms:
Refunds and Exchanges:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We will work with you to determine the reason for your dissatisfaction and find a suitable solution.
- Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund for your purchase.
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for chocolates that have been opened or consumed.
- If your chocolates arrived damaged due to shipping, please take a photo of the damaged product and contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We may require that you return the damaged product to us or provide additional information to process a claim with UPS and or a refund or replacement.
- If you received the wrong product or the product is defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or exchange.
Cancellations:
- Orders can only be canceled if our chocolatiers have not started producing them. As we make each order by hand in small batches, cancellations can only be accepted before production has begun.
- If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible.
- Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs:
- We do not offer refunds for shipping costs unless there was an error on our part or the product arrived damaged due to shipping, and the carrier issues a refund after a claim.

Lost or Stolen Package Policy
At Mueller Chocolate Co, we understand that it can be frustrating and concerning when a package goes missing or is stolen. Please review our Lost or Stolen Package Policy below for guidance on how we handle such situations:
Delivered but Missing (Theft / Misdelivery):
If tracking shows “Delivered,” we treat the order as fulfilled. We will assist you in opening a carrier investigation and/or police report when appropriate. Replacements or refunds for delivered-but-missing packages are not guaranteed and may be offered at Mueller Chocolate Co’s discretion (for example, as a one-time courtesy). To reduce risk, we recommend shipping to a secure location, adding signature confirmation, or choosing hold-for-pickup when available.
