Here’s the truth. At Mueller Chocolate Co., we do make chocolate-covered strawberries—but not all the time. And for good reason. They’re incredibly perishable, super labor-intensive, and sometimes the quality of the strawberries just doesn’t meet our standards. If it’s not fresh, flavorful, and beautiful, it’s not going in our case. We’re not in the business of disappointing anyone with a sad berry on a big day.
That said, when strawberries are in season and looking their best, we go all in—hand-dipped, small-batch, and made with care. You’ll usually find them around Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day, and we’ll always post on social or recommend giving us a quick call to check availability.
In the meantime? You’ve got options. Excellent ones.

Romantic gifting doesn’t begin and end with strawberries — but we usually have them when it matters most. Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day are our peak seasons for hand-dipped strawberries, and we produce them in small batches to maintain high quality.
