How We Ship Our Chocolate

Due to the current situation involving COVID-19 shipping times may be delayed.

Shipping chocolate is a delicate task and we take it very seriously. We want to make sure you receive your chocolates on time and in perfect condition. For shipments to warm weather destinations and during warm weather months, we take extra precautions and may require shipping Next Day Air.

*Due to impact of covid on our business we are operating with a reduced staff, some delays may occur

*Large orders may take an additional time to ship.

No shipping Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

*Order cut off day for Christmas delivery is December 10th, Corporate Bulk order cut off 12/3. Orders Placed after our Shipping Cut OFF day may not arrive before Christmas.

Flat rate shipping

Orders with a subtotal of $75 or more may qualify for flat rate UPS Ground shipping to one address. If Ground shipping is not available to your area, we apologize, but we cannot offer flat rate shipping rates.

Warm Weather Shipping

Orders placed by 12 PM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday usually ship that day.

No shipping Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

For shipments to warm weather destinations and during the summer months, we must ship orders via the following methods to prevent chocolates from melting in transit:

Ground Service - regular shipping rates
Available to the following areas within 1-2 day transit time.

U.S. Next Day Air
Required for all other states outside of 1-2 day transit ground times.

Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address for your order. Be sure to include appropriate suite or apartment numbers when necessary to ensure proper delivery.

UPS may deliver on the weekend to certain zip codes. During warmer weather, we may choose not to ship an order over the weekend so your chocolates will arrive in perfect condition upon receipt.

Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are not able to ship outside of the U.S.
