Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for chocolates that have been opened or consumed. If your chocolates arrived damaged due to shipping, please take a photo of the damaged product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We may require that you return the damaged product to us or provide additional information to process a refund or replacement.

If you received the wrong product or the product is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping costs unless there was an error on our part or the product arrived damaged due to shipping.
